With the aim of expanding knowledge and generate insights the Bittencourt Group, consulting company specialized in development, expansion of business franchise networks, and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) launch, in 2018, the Study Tour, an unprecedented program of technical visits during the ABF Franchising Week.
The Study Tour is a series of technical visits to retail and franchising operations that will take place in two days. Each day will have a different option of itinerary and will rely on accompanying specialized consultants. In order to achieve this, we have chosen brands considered humdinger in consumer experience, point of sale technology, innovation, sustainability, franchise network management and people management.
The Morana brand was chosen to host one of the visits that will happen on June 28. The group that participates of this moment will meet the headquarters of the Ornatus Group, responsible for the management and expansion of the Morana and Balonè Fashion Bijoux brands. The choice was based on the company’s ideals, whichare: ethics, transparency, respect and commitment to innovation so present in its franchised units.
besides that to Morana, the visit of this day also occurs at McDonald's Universade do Hamburguer and Omnistory.
On following day, the program counts with visits at Spin’n’soul, in Ponto Frio and in Reserva.
